THE CAKE
This cake was fit for a King & Queen. It was a four tier white tower adorned with gold designs and topped with feathers for good luck!

THE MENU
The cocktail hour consisted of a fruit display, coconut lobster, miniature crab cakes, roasted vegetable tarts, honey mustard pistachio chicken, skewered chicken & shrimp, and spring rolls which were surrounded by carved watermelons in the shape of roses, a imported/domestic cheese presentation, a variety of salads and fresh garden veggies. An ice sculpture of a symbol of royalty was a beautiful compliment to the surrounding carving stations during the cocktail hour. The dinner menu included chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail followed by a choice of grilled filet mignon with a mushroom cap and balsamic marinade, grilled salmon filet over saffron rice, or grilled marinated chicken breast with roasted garlic demi and straw potatoes. Desserts and refreshments included coffee, tea, assorted soft drinks, seasonal berries, French & Italian pastries and freshly baked scones. And if that wasn't enough, the signature cocktail of the evening was NUVO.
WHAT MADE THE DAY UNIQUE
Bayyina's daughter Tatiyana, along with the rest of the girls in the bridal party decided to surprise guests with a small, majestic rendition of "The Bride is Coming!, The Bride is Coming! All hail the Queen". The maid of honor, who is a writer/producer/artist, had a surprise up her sleeve as she brought out recording artist, "Unique" to perform at the reception.

The magical night included "Marie Antoinette" coming out with a dress that was also a table adorned with an assortment of chocolates, fruits and pastries.

A special surprise was reserved for Dawan when Bayyina put on her own mini strip tease, seductively detaching the ball gown portion of her dress and revealing the satin pencil dress while dancing to one of her favorite songs, "Bad Girl" by Usher.
THE WEDDING
The theme was Royal Victorian era. The happy couple envisioned themselves being king and queen for the day and looking over their beautiful court which would be our family and friends. Bayyina is known in her circle of friends as "the life of the party" so she was looking for an elegant historical party girl to mimic. That lead her to the ultimate party queen, Marie Antoinette, famous for
