THE CAKE
Big, yummy cup cakes on a 3-tier iron rack, with a small cake on top for Casey and Jessie. The cake-topper was from the bride's grandmother's wedding 60 years ago.
CULTURAL TRADITIONS
They did the sand ceremony, where the moms pour different colored sand into a glass bottle (to show our solid foundations), and then jessie and Casey poured sand in, blending the color together (showing our lives becoming one.) The glass bottle was corked and preserved.
