THEIR STORY
HOW THEY MET
Chelsea and Justin met in high school the summer before her sophomore year and his senior year. Justin was the coach of Chelsea's basketball team at basketball camp. They began dating the following school year and have been together ever since.
BRIDE'S PROFESSION
Support Center Representative
GROOM'S PROFESSION
Area Sales Representative
THE PROPOSAL
On Chelsea's birthday, Justin planned a nice dinner out in San Francisco. Chelsea thought the after dinner plan was to go home and spend the evening together. Instead, Justin wanted to drive around the city. They ended up in the Marina, parked the car and cuddled up on a park bench. With a full view of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge, Justin got down on one knee and asked Chelsea to marry him. She remembers her initial response was "shut up!!" before immediately adding the "yes!"
THE GOWN
An ivory kisaki satin, strapless gown by Jasmine Haute Couture. The bodice displayed pearls, crystals and embroidery on the straight neckline and the waistline dropped into a fluted skirt with an embroidered hemline.
THE THEME
Chelsea and Justin wanted a semi-formal wedding but their number one goal was to create an event where all of their guests could have a great time.
THE CAKE
The wedding cake was designed and created by Justin's mother and one of her best friends. It was a three tier red velvet cake with buttermilk frosting. As an extra sentimental element, the cake was topped with the cake topper from Justin's parents wedding.
FIRST DANCE SONG
The Way You Look Tonight, Tony Bennett
THE MENU
A buffet that included Chicken Piccata, Roast Beef, Fresh Vegetables, Seasoned Potatoes and Cheese Tortellini.
WHAT MADE THE DAY UNIQUE
Ceremony
Chelsea and Justin planned and wrote the entire ceremony including their vows. They asked a good friend of theirs to be their officiant.

Reception
From the decorations to the favors, the pair created everything on their own. They were able to create an ambiance just as they wanted.
The bride's father and many of their friends are musicians and whenever a gathering occurs, they normally play a jam session which is exactly what happened at the wedding. It made for a great time of singing and dancing and even competition among the groomsmen and bridesmaids.
